Christy Leinaʻala Lassiter

Christy Leina’ala Lassiter is a singer/songwriter/ entertainer from Hilo with roots in the Kona ranching community. Her grandmother, Kapua Wall Heuer was a Kona Cowgirl who introduced and encouraged Christy’s love for Hawaiian music.

Christy is a recording artist who has played music at hotels, events and festivals across the state. She has several recordings and is currently working on two new projects.

She is an active member of the Hawaii Academy of Recording Arts community and is currently writing biographies for recipients of the HARA Lifetime Achievement Awards.

She has been a Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award Finalist and plans to become a Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award winner!
